Facing Fentanyl Town Hall: A Community Call to Action

Join us for an essential town hall event, Facing Fentanyl, as we come together to address the growing fentanyl crisis impacting our community. This event is the result of multiple Peninsula School District Opioid Task Force meetings and think tanks.

With panelists from the PSD Opioid Task Force, local fire and police departments, and treatment providers like Crossroads, the town hall will provide a candid discussion on fentanyl and its effects on our families and schools. The evening will include breakout sessions on topics such as talking to kids about fentanyl, keeping our community safe, and treatment and emergency response.

The first 100 attendees will receive FREE Naloxone (Narcan) kits, and all attendees will receive life-saving training.
Event Dates:
  • Gig Harbor Civic Center: October 7, 2024 | 5:30-7:00 PM
  • Key Peninsula Civic Center: October 21, 2024 | 5:30-7:00 PM
This is a vital opportunity to learn, engage, and equip ourselves with the knowledge and tools to tackle this epidemic. Don't miss out on this community-driven event—your participation could save a life!
