Harbor Heights Elementary School

We are pleased to announce leadership transitions within the Peninsula School District.

Alli Shepard, with 17 years of leadership experience, will be moving from her role as Principal of Harbor Heights Elementary to become our new Assistant Director of Special Education. In her new role, Alli will enhance and coordinate Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and Special Education in PSD.

We are also excited to welcome Ryan Heistand as the new Principal of Harbor Heights Elementary. Ryan, who has 20 years of experience in education, has served as an elementary teacher, Dean of Students at Artondale Elementary, and most recently as Deputy Principal at Purdy Elementary. He is thrilled to return to Harbor Heights, where he began his journey in our district twelve years ago.
